Nia Hardaway is a Summer Intern at Social Strategy Associates, where she supports the day-to-day operations and administration of client accounts. With three years of experience working for the Weidenbaum Center on the Economy, Government, and Public Policy, she has developed interests in education reform, social justice, and serving underrepresented communities.

Born and raised in the Bronx, New York, Nia is a rising senior at Washington University in St. Louis with a double major in Educational Studies and Psychological and Brain Sciences.
