Cait Egan is a Graduate Intern at Social Strategy Associates, where they support the operations and administration of client accounts. 

Cait is a passionate researcher who strives to democratize data and identify impactful policies that benefit New York City. Cait has served as a research coordinator for a NY state sponsored LGBTQ+ Healthcare Needs Assessment, where they recruited participants, conducted focus groups, and synthesized statistical insights from a quantitative survey. Cait has also offered their data expertise to identify financial needs for United Nations members, review governmental budget policies across the U.S., and automate systems for a local cat shelter. Prior to their interest in public facing research, Cait worked as a consultant who specialized in competitive market research and data analysis.

After completing their Master's in Quantitative Methods in the Social Sciences at the CUNY Graduate Center, Cait is now pursuing a PhD in Sociology at the same institution. Cait also holds a Bachelor's in Computer Science and Business Management at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
